All these Ceos are head of Billion Dollar Empires. I don’t think people understand how hard rare it is to be
a Black CEO of a public billion dollar company . It really is like 100x times easier to make it to the NBA, than making to top
of a billion dollar Company. As time goes on you will see a more diverse corporate work place to due to evolution. These people are some leaders of generation to make it easier for the next man to achieve their dreams. Soon you see more women also. It doesn’t matter if you come from trailer park or Ghetto you have chance to make it big. You may start lower on the ladder but ladder of opportunity is available.
All these people have worked their way up the ranks just like anyone else.
